What is Global Citizen Live: Tokyo?

Global Citizen Live: Tokyo is a live music event and cultural moment that brings together global artists, partners, and citizens to take action to end extreme poverty, starting with investing in education and global health. 

Global Citizen Live: Tokyo is Global Citizen’s first ever music event in Japan, taking place at the Tokyo International Forum on 18 June 2026. Global Citizen Live: Tokyo will be headlined by &TEAM, with  performances by Ai and Yuki Chiba, with more artists to be announced in the coming weeks. The event will be hosted by Chris Peppler.

All tickets sold for Global Citizen Live: Tokyo will contribute to the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, a global  initiative to raise ¥16 billion to provide at least 100,000 children with access to quality education in over 150 countries – including in Japan – by the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
