Ce rapport financé par l’ONG Action Santé Mondiale et soutenu par les ONG Global Citizen, Oxfam et ONE Action analyse la taxe sur les transactions financières (TTF) telle qu’elle existe en France, notamment la question de qui la paie et comment? Selon ce rapport, si on améliorait le recouvrement de la taxe et son contrôle et on taxait toutes les transactions (y compris les transactions intra-journalières), on pourrait lever des revenus additionnels de jusqu’à 3 milliards. Rappelons que la TTF finance aussi le budget de la solidarité internationale, budget qui a été coupé de manière disproportionnée lors des coupes opérées en février 2024 (de 742 millions d’euros ce qui correspond à 13%).
