WHAT WE LEARNED

In today’s episode, we learned that the images we see online are designed to make money. And in order for that to happen, the images need to be aspirational. This leads to photo editing that can negatively impact our self esteem. But, studies show that reducing online time to an hour a day improves self esteem!
